P1NK: The V Festival headliner has revealed motherhood hasn't stopped her from having fun

Motherhood hasn’t stopped the Blow Me songstress from having fun.

She revealed she still insists on having whiskey in her rider, and plans on keeping her aerobatic stage routine until she’s in a retirement home.

Speaking to Nick Grimshaw on Radio 1’s Breakfast show she said: “I’m going to be 80 in Vegas in a tutu flying upside down.

“I haven’t been shot out of a cannon yet but maybe my last show that will be the way I go out.”

STAR: P!nk says she'll have a good time despite having her kids in tow

That may be difficult at 80.

But P!nk did admit she has to adapt her rider slightly when daughter Willow, six, and eight-month-old son Jameson join her Not that her eldest child is too bothered about coming along to gigs.

She added “Willow’s not impressed at all. She said ‘Mamma, what if I get bored during your show?’”

The American powerhouse is celebrating the release of new track What About Us after notching up an impressive 17 years in the music industry.

Not that it’s always gone so smoothly.

She said: “Around 2001 I asked Mary J Blige if she would work with me.

“She looked at me without skipping a beat and was like ‘No’. I loved her for it, though.”

How many people does it take to do up a corset?

The answer is two – one to crush the subject’s ribs as they tie as tight as they can, while glamour puss Rita Ora breathes in until she’s red in the face.

Reets worried her fans by revealing that she’s having mystery surgery on her foot – but I’m told it is just a minor procedure and she’ll be carrying on with her commitments as usual.

Little Mix say they’ve had to work hard for years to finally be taken seriously after winning The X Factor.

Jesy Nelson said: “Coming from The X Factor we struggled a lot for people to find us credible and for people to understand that we do actually write our own songs. “But we have bloody well worked hard to be where we are.”

Indeed they have – and they’re showing no signs of slowing down either.

The Mixers have now teamed up with Latin American boy band CNCO from Miami for new track Reggaeton Lento.

Brothers in harmony

Rising indie stars The Sherlocks insist that being a band of brothers helps their writing instead of fighting like the Gallaghers.

The Sheffield gang consists of two sets of brothers – singer Kiaran and drummer Brandon Cook, plus guitarist Josh and bassist Andy Davidson.

“Being brothers, we know our strengths and our weaknesses inside out,” says Kiaran, 21.

“That makes us tight on stage and in the studio.”

Having supported Kings Of Leon and The Libertines, they release brilliant debut album Live For The Moment today.

Full of festival-style anthems, the CD is out three years after the title track was released as their debut single.

“We wanted to wait,” insists Kiaran.

“I’ve seen bands release albums before they were really ready, and it just means their careers lost momentum.”

Iggy lets it all hang out

We reckon Iggy Azalea’s booty soon won’t fit in any pap shots.

The Australian rapper’s backside seems to be growing every day, and somehow she’s finding tighter-than-ever jeans.

Iggy split with fiancé Nick Young last year, and new boyfriend Jay Currie a few months ago, so she’s either showing them what she’s missing or is auditioning to join the Kardashian gang.

Star Wars actor John Boyega has high hopes his new film Detroit will have a good effect on the US.

In the light of Trump’s remarks regarding the violence at a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, John wants the film to provide his nation with some hope.

Speaking at the premiere of the riot drama, John told me: “You’re watching a movie about the 1960s but you could be watching a movie about last week.

“I want this movie to spark some positive conversation in the hope of change.”

For America’s sake, we can only hope that it does.

Kayne West has officially drawn a line under his friendship with Jay-Z.

The rapper is reportedly going ahead with the lawsuit against Jay’s music streaming service Tidal, and is refusing to have any communication with his old pal.

A source claimed “Jay would rather settle this man-to-man, but it’s gone beyond that now. This is war.”

Kanye is said to feel that Tidal owes him more than £3million in royalties and he is determined to make Jay pay up.
