Maine State Police have identified the passenger killed in a crash Tuesday morning on the Maine Turnpike as a Massachusetts man.Uriel Vasquez, 19, of Brockton, Massachusetts, was killed in the crash, police said. The driver, Gabino Ortiz, 54, also of Brockton, was being treated Wednesday at Maine Med.The crash happened Tuesday morning on the northbound side on the highway around mile 18 in Wells.The two men were on their way to work on a drywall project in Saco, police said.Troopers have cited Ortiz for driving without a license and the crash will be reviewed by the district attorney, police said.No other vehicles were involved, according to state police.
