Muscat – Oman ranked first in the world in express mail services (EMS) in 2023 among 192 member states of the Universal Postal Union.

This is the second consecutive year Oman Post has been recognised for best performance in EMS. It also claimed second place in EMS customer service in 2023 among 28 countries in the annual results released by the International Bureau of Universal Postal Union (UPU).

These accolades are bestowed annually by UPU to recognise postal operators for their exceptional performance in EMS, catering to UPU members. Oman Post’s remarkable strides in courier services signify its evolution into a globally renowned service provider.
